Facility to meet demand domestically and internationally

The consumer product division of Ginni Filaments Ltd. offiically opened its avant-garde wet wipes manufacturing plant at G.I.D.C., Panoli, Gujarat, India in September 2022, the company has announced. The facility was inaugurated by Sh. Parshottam Rupala, Union Cabinet Minister of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying, Government of India. The event was also graced by the presence of various other dignitaries including Sh. Ishwar Bhai Patel, MLA Ankleshwar, Sh. Dushyant Bhai Patel, MLA Bharuch, and Sh. Arun Singh Rana, MLA Vagra.
Sharing details about the facility, Yash Jaipuria, CEO says, “Ginni Filaments Ltd. has established itself as a pioneer and market leader for wipes in India. Ginni understands the need of its partners, and with a focus on Make in India it has developed a first-of-its-kind plant to meet domestic and international demand. With this new setup, it will be able to serve the home care, industrial and institutional wipes segments which are in the nascent stage in India and yet have majority presence in the developed countries.”
Listing out a few of the multi-modal advantages of the vertically integrated facility with nonwoven fabric supply on the same premises, he says it is the first wet wipes plant with ATEX certification. Alongside, it has FSC certification, GMP certification from FDA, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 22716:2007, USP 32 grade purified water system, quality control laboratory with qualified and calibrated instruments among various other features. Now with two wet wipes manufacturing locations in Haridwar (North) and Ankleshwar (West), Ginni is strategically placed to provide logistics cost efficiencies to its domestic & international customers.
